Creatives, come on! The Swedes opened an innovative concept in Zagreb, supported by famous people

Ella Dvornik, Lidija Bačić, Damir Kedžo, Aljoša Šerić came to the opening of the first Swedish concept Metropole Croatia

The Swedish company Metropole opened its offices in the center of Zagreb after only three years. Thus, Metropole Croatia became the first Metropole outside of Stockholm. It is an innovative office concept, i.e. a business space of 600 square meters, which is primarily intended for the creative industry within the technology and media industry.

- I fell in love with Zagreb and knew that the first office outside my home country would be in Croatia. Our goal is to gather creative people from different industries in one place and connect the Zagreb metropolis with the one in Stockholm. We launched the concept at the beginning of 2020, before the start of the pandemic, because we wanted to create offices that do not have a corporate character, but will also be for rest and socializing, and will also have everything that creative industries need. Our partner and Croatian composer and producer Siniša Reljić helped us a lot with everything. We researched the market before coming here and it turned out that there is a great demand for these types of spaces - emphasizes the co-owner of the project, Michel Fannoun, who founded Metropole with his colleague Jimmy Åkerfors and the famous Swedish producer Tony Malm.

Many famous names appeared at the opening of this new business project in Zagreb, one of the leading influencers Ella Dvornik, Lidija Bačić, Damir Kedžo, Aljoša Šerić, Patricia Gašparini, Ena Rai, Kristian Marolt, who entertained the guests with a live performance . The Good Vibes Networking party was also supported by the Croatian craft brewery Zmajska, the best Croatian gin Old Pilot's, Coca-Cola, Dukat and the leading company in the processing and sale of truffles, Zigante. Croatia thus became a "mecca" for the creative industry, but according to European standards.

Inside the space, a studio for podcasts, photography and a music studio will soon be set up, and 80 people can work there.

- So far, the offices have been rented by the record company Menart, and the marketing agencies Spikerfon and Nianse. The offices can be viewed every day, and since there are many creative people in Croatia, we hope that when they look around the space, they will see that they will find everything they need in one place without additional costs and with a good team. Because who wants to go to work scowling? - concluded Michel Fannoun.
